Seth Heard (Scholarship Recipient) along with our May guest speaker Brittany Fornof, Miss Apopka

This year’s recipient of the Northwest Orange Republican Women Federated’s Alice B. Miner Memorial Scholarship recipient is Seth Heard of Apopka. He was awarded 1,000 dollars to be sent to the school of his choosing.
